About Go Local

We publish The Molesey Directory, The Esher Directory and Go-Local Walton & Hersham.

These are monthly community magazines and business directories for the residents of East & West Molesey, Hampton Court, Hinchley Wood, Claygate, Esher, West End Village, Walton on Thames and Hersham. The Molesey Directory has been established and very well received for almost three years, while the Esher Directory has been running in its present format since February 2006 and Go-Local Walton & Hersham has just celebrated its second birthday.

Benefits to advertisers

Price. If you wish to advertise your service or product to residents living in any of these areas, Fleetside Publications represents incredible value. You can get coverage for a whole year (12 issues) for almost the same cost as just two weeks in the local newspaper.

It is truly local. Each magazine is produced by someone living locally – me! All advertisers operate in or close to the area. There is strong evidence that truly local services are preferred by the majority of the UK population.

Affluent area. In the most recent council figures, The KT8, KT12 and KT10 areas are shown as virtually all A's, B's and C1's. Disposable income in the area is well above average.

Longevity. It isn’t thrown away each week like a local newspaper. People keep it as a reference for the whole month. With prize competitions and features the magazines are interesting and they won’t make your hands dirty!

Quality. Fleetside Publications has a very high standard of print and production. All artwork can be finished to ensure that your company image is enhanced by its association with a high quality publication.

Editorial opportunities. One or two advertisers each month are featured in their own two page editorial spread. This gives them a depth of coverage that is normally only available at huge expense in other publications.

Distribution Each magazine is published and distributed monthly, usually at the end of the previous the month. Our distributors are professionals and we also do our own check backs – just to be sure.

Each magazine is delivered to around 3000 homes and businesses in each of the areas. We alternate our delivery streets within the same postcodes bi-monthly(Esher & Molesey, quarterly to Walton & Hersham) to give more coverage without hiking the prices, reaching 21,000 homes over a three month period.

Format & Design Each magazine is a colour A5 size booklet.

They are printed on heavy gloss paper giving it a very high quality feel.

Because of its size, content, look and feel it is kept by the majority of households until the next issue arrives, thereby giving advertisers ‘immediacy of access’ when their services are required.

Customised Design  If your advert is not available in an electronic format then our Designer can produce it for you, from your own hard copy text, normally for a fixed price of just £15 for simple designs.

Copy Deadline Final copy must be submitted by the 16th of each month, for
inclusion in the following month’s edition.

Payment  Full payment for all ads must be received by the copy deadline date.
